How StablWall Works

Where Else Is It Used?

Carbon fiber, because of its great strength and flexibility, is being used in more and more industries and for more products – anywhere that great strength is needed – than ever before. You have either used something that has carbon fiber, or you have benefited from it, even though you may not realize it!

Here are just a few of the current uses for carbon fiber:

  • Automotive uses, such as car hoods, spoilers, grilles, driveshafts and dashboards. Many of the cars you see in the national car shows use carbon fiber in their prototype cars because of its light weight and strength.
  • Motorcycle uses, such as wheels, helmets, tanks and accessories.
  • Model planes and cars, and most racing bicycles being ridden today.
  • Marine uses: In boat hulls to significantly decrease weight while adding strength and in sailboat masts.
  • Helicopters, airplanes, space shuttles and antennae reflectors used in space.
  • Ultralights, airboats and hovercraft.
  • Sports and leisure activites, such as golf clubs, hockey sticks, tennis rackets, paintball guns, as well as violin bows and cellos.
  • Military uses, like bullet-proof vests, Hum-Vees and rifles, to name a few.
  • Commercial uses, such as bridge repairs, tunnel building and repairs, parking decks, and commercial concrete walls.
