What Is StablWall?

StablWall Carbon Fiber: 10x Steel Strength for Structural Repair

High-Strength Carbon Fiber Without the Bulk of Steel

StablWall® combines high-strength, unidirectional carbon fiber with an engineered bonding system to create a thin, durable structural reinforcement solution.

Our carbon fiber is manufactured from thousands of continuous fibers aligned in the same direction, allowing the material to deliver exceptional tensile strength along the direction of the reinforcement. When properly installed, the StablWall system bonds directly to the structural substrate, helping strengthen and stabilize the affected area while maintaining an extremely low profile.

Unlike many traditional strengthening methods that may require steel beams, posts, or other bulky reinforcement, StablWall can provide structural strengthening without significantly reducing usable space. Once installed, the carbon fiber conforms closely to the surface and can be finished over for a clean, unobtrusive repair.

StablWall is available in 6″, 12″, and 24″ widths, allowing the system to be configured for a variety of residential, commercial, and civil structural strengthening applications.

With high-performance carbon fiber, specially formulated bonding materials, ICC-ES ESR-4424, and U.S. Patent No. 12,687,029, StablWall provides a proven approach to structural strengthening without the bulk of many traditional repair methods.

Maximum strength. Minimal profile. Proven performance.
